Battle Report

A few weeks ago I posted a Blog on the spiritual war. This blog is just an update on that war. The spiritual war can take many forms from a simple conversation about Christianity to a full battle with the devil himself. The church that I belong to and am a member of the board became one such battleground. A very good friend of mine and close ally to me became a casualty of this war though the self-promotion and self-desires of members of my church. He has been there many years before I came into the picture, and has seen much more than me. This blog is not intended to point fingers at what went wrong in my church. This blog is too short for that but I can tell you one thing some people in my church and in many others across the United States have made themselves the main focus and taken away God’s. We can’t afford to fight these battles in our churches and organizations. We need to focus on what the main purpose is: To give glory to God and to win souls to His side. So I’m issuing a challenge to everyone. We must put aside our pride and our self-glorification and stand up for the real reason that we are here. An army divided and unfocused is doomed to fall.
